This is applicable to students completing the real estate courses for VICTORIA only.

The landlord instruction form is used to assist the agency in providing a landlord with a management service that is tailored to their specific requirements.

The form should be used and completed during the role play activity with the information from the relevant assessment task and also the details provide during the role play (some of this will be made up).
